Tracy Satre

Business Development Manager

Tracy Satre has been with Bamboo Shoots for 10 years, where she assists in managing projects and creating strategies that support the growth of the business. Her role focuses on cultivating client relationships, driving business development, preparing budgets and proposals, and marketing the company. Tracy’s expertise lies in fostering strong client connections and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

She is a graduate of SIAST in Office Automation/Administration and brings over 20 years of experience in broadcast and corporate production, with 18 of those years spent as a Project Manager. Her extensive experience enables her to create effective strategies for business development and project management. Some of her most notable projects include the NSBA P&E Documentaries, Sask Sport, SIIT, fun spots for SARCAN, and contributing to the TV series The Other Side, Dirt Farmers, and Searchers.

Tracy enjoys the creative collaboration with her team at Bamboo Shoots and the variety of projects that come with it. She loves learning about different industries and people, and she’s always happy to lend a hand on set, whether it’s as a production assistant, field producer, casting, wardrobe, or filling in as talent.

Fun facts about Tracy are she loves video games and spending time with her family. She has two little dogs named Bonnie and Clyde and is a big is a fan of 80s classics, John Hughes films, Tremors, and Grease.
