Pam Capcara is the Senior Accountant at Bamboo Shoots, bringing over 20 years of bookkeeping experience to the team. She first joined the company as a part-time contractor in 2017 before transitioning into a full-time role 3.5 years ago.
Her primary responsibilities include payroll, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, and serving as a production accountant for various production companies. Highly organized and detail-oriented, she ensures financial records are accurate and reconciliations are spot on—finding great satisfaction in balancing the numbers to zero.
While she may not be directly involved in production, she enjoys supporting the team and seeing the creative projects take shape. More than anything, she appreciates working alongside a talented group of people.
Outside of work, Pam is devoted to her family—especially a much younger man who calls her Nana. She also shares her home with a large, lively collection of pets, including two dogs, three cats, six horses, a miniature pony, and two donkeys. When it comes to entertainment, she’s a true crime enthusiast, always fascinated by the storytelling behind murder mysteries and investigative shows.
