Today, on the third anniversary of the crash that devastated communities around the world, Bamboo Shoots is honoured to be a part of a capital campaign to help raise support and funding for both a permanent roadside memorial at the crash site and a tribute centre in Humboldt.

Calgary vocal ensemble Luminous Voices has just been nominated for a Juno in the category of classical album of the year: vocal or choral.

Bamboo Shoots welcomes Stuart Merson-Davies to the team. Having studied Video Technology at Durban University of Technology in South Africa, Stuart brings more than 25 years of experience to Bamboo Shoots and Angel Entertainment.

Clearwater County, a municipal district covering 18,600-plus sq. km in west central Alberta, is home to more than 12,000 residents. The county’s economic development department sought Bamboo Shoots’ expertise to produce a five-part video series to educate and inspire its residents and local business community. Bamboo Shoots conducted interviews, captured b-roll content, shot aerial (drone) footage, and curated photographic assets to produce a series of informative videos covering the following five topics:
